Any feedback or suggestions provided by users remains the intellectual property of PushPreview.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use our Services in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms. Any activities conducted through your account are your sole responsibility. Unauthorized or inappropriate use, including violations of laws, regulations, or infringing on others' rights, will result in account cancellation.

3. Privacy and Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy, compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Service Availability and Warranty

5. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

First-time Subscriptions: New subscribers receive a free trial. Once the trial ends and you opt for a paid subscription, this initial payment is non-refundable.

Monthly Subscription Renewals: If you cancel your monthly subscription, we won't bill you again. However, you won't receive a refund for the current month's payment. You'll have access to our services until your paid month concludes.

Annual Subscription Renewals: For our annual subscribers: If you cancel within the first 30 days of renewal, you'll get a full refund. Cancel after those 30 days? There won't be a refund, but you can continue using our services for the rest of your paid year.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PushPreview and its affiliates, partners, directors, officers, employees, and agents disclaim all liabilities, be it direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising from the use of our Services.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Spain.

8. Modifications to Terms

PushPreview may modify these Terms occasionally. Continued use of our Services post-modification implies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, or acts of civil or military authorities.
